Sometimes the body shows us things that the mind hasn’t yet revealed. I specialize in somatic psychotherapy, an approach that incorporates the mind, body, and emotions in the healing process.



I’m experienced in play-based therapies that are built around safety and connection. The child is always the focus and all decisions are made for their best interest.
